For All Billing Options

  • A 1% finance charge will be assessed to any unpaid balances. Failure to comply with the monthly due date will result in a letter from Northwest Missouri State University and Horace Mann.
  • Northwest/Horace Mann reserves the right to discontinue enrollment if accounts do not have a zero balance at the beginning of the fall (August) and spring (January). Failure to make regular payments could result in your account being turned over to an outside collection agency. Please see the Horace Mann Handbook for further detailed information on the policy and procedures.
