Mr. Hultquist is an investment banker, M&A specialist and strategic advisor to public and private technology companies. He also currently serves as a Director of Kinder Morgan Energy, Inc. where he is a member of the Compensation and Environmental Committees. He has also served as a Director of other non-profit organizations in San Francisco and public companies in Denver and Silicon Valley. Previously, he was a partner in law firms in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, specializing in securities, corporate and IP litigation. He served in the U.S. Army, including Vietnam.
