The Northwest Technology Service Center and its experienced help staff are dedicated to assisting users with their campus technology needs.
The Office of Information Technology's mission: Provide secure, reliable, and integrated technology solutions in alignment with academic and administrative goals, while delivering excellence in customer care.
As part of that mission, the Information Technology department provides a dedicated call center with trained staff to help support faculty, staff and students over the phone with their technology questions, and a service center for check-out, repair and return of campus-provided laptops.
The Northwest Technology Service Center (NTSC) is located in the Jon T. Rickman Electronic Campus Support Center (ECSC) building.
