Banner 9 Training Form

Northwest's Office of Information Technology offers support through the Northwest Technology Service Center with its trained call center staff. Training over campus software is offered on a select basis and at the discretion of the Manager of Northwest Technology Services.  Select trainings like Banner, conducted in collaboration with other offices, may occur depending on need and staff availability.

Training will entail brief presentations from IT, Purchasing and Office of Student Account Services

Training will be held in Owens Library, Room 250, 2nd floor.  Only users who use Banner for their job should consider attending a training.  Thirty-one seats available with laptops.  First come, first serve seating.  Feel free to bring and use your Northwest-issued laptop.

Topics include:  Login and Basic Banner 9 navigation (Information Technology), charge users only content (Office of Student Account Services) and purchase requisitions and Central Stores requisitions (Purchasing).
