I chose Northwest primarily for the cost, but now that I'm here I appreciate the size of the campus and definitely the faculty. Being a future teacher, an important college worry I had was whether my professors would actually care for their craft and students. So far, the professors I have had are extremely passionate and caring.
Cover letters, honestly. I love seeing the application of resume skills/experience in creating a short statement of character. Also, as an English major I find them easy to review.
My professors - the English Dept is very passionate about their work and the Ed Dept is very adept and helpful at assisting your success.

Focus: People with the strength of Focus have a very clear and defined destination to their thinking, a specific and guiding force that gives their life direction, meaning and purpose.
Discipline: People exceptionally talented in the Discipline theme enjoy routine and structure. Their world is best described by the order they create.
