Reporting a sexual assault to authorities does NOT mean that you must proceed with prosecution. That issue can be determined at a later time. The more sexual assault cases are reported, however, the easier they may be to prevent. You may fill out an anonymous report form (see above link) and send it in an envelope to the Dean of Students. You may also talk to someone in Residential Life, Wellness Services, Counseling Services, Campus Safety or the office of the Vice President of Student Affairs and have them assist you with filling out this form.
