Web Services

The Web Team is the division of University Relations whose primary responsibility is to coordinate and implement web projects. We manage the web content management system (Cascade Server) and provide support to University web contributors responsible for maintaining web pages.

In addition to general updates, the Web Team can help create online forms, fillable PDFs and electronic postcards. Other functions of the Web Team include the setup of WordPress blogs, integration of the University calendar and offer technical support for CATpages (personal web) storage.

To contact the Web Team, please email webteam@nwmissouri.edu or supervisor Crystal Ward at crystal@nwmissouri.edu or call ext. 1033.

Cascade Server

Northwest Missouri State University uses Cascade Server, a content management system, to maintain all pages hosted on the Northwest server. Cascade Server allows individual staff members to maintain their websites without any additional software being purchased. This service is only available while on-campus.

How to access and use CATpages »

Note: CATpages is your personal web storage and therefore assistance from the WebTeam in regards to actually updating content there is limited. Our role with CATpages is to resolve access and other technical issues not related to content.

For assistance with CATpages, contact Crystal Ward at ext. 1033. For Northwest's Web Page Policies see the Computing Policies page.
