University Relations has many clients across campus. The three designers and student staff produce more than 1,000 projects a year.

Client Guidelines

To produce a professionally printed publication, all University offices and departments must use University Relations services. The University has contracts with various printing companies, and if a publication is to be paid for with University funds, you must follow these contracts.

We will design projects for University departments and offices. Personal projects cannot be accepted. Departments and groups typically pay for University-related projects using a University account number; however, if you do not have one, we accept checks made payable to Northwest.
