Paul Wildnauer

Paul Wildnauer recently assumed the position of director of environmental services at Northwest. He replaces interim director Rick Dumonte, who was appointed by ARAMARK Corp. following the resignation of Tom Hall, who accepted another assignment with the support services provider in Los Angeles.

Wildnauer began his career with ServiceMaster Corp., which has since been acquired by ARAMARK, starting out in 1989 as the physical plant director for St. Catherine’s College in St. Paul, Minn.

In the years since, he has held numerous positions as an educational facilities supervisor and served as ARAMARK’s district manager for Missouri and Iowa from 1998-2000. From 2000-2003 he was the physical plant director at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg.

Before accepting the position at Northwest, Wildnauer was ARAMARK’s district manager for Indiana and Illinois from 2003-2007. In that capacity, he was responsible for the overall operations and support of several higher education facilities, including management of maintenance, grounds, custodial services and construction operations.

Having worked in the field for more than 18 years, Wildnauer has experience in physical plant operations, employee relations and financial management and is certified as a plant maintenance manager through the Association of Facility Engineers.
