Tickets on sale now for ISO Dinner

Tickets are on sale now for the annual International Student Organization Dinner at Northwest, which will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 8, in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom.

Those wishing to attend the banquet are encouraged to purchase tickets early, since the event -- the premier social occasion of the year for members and friends of Northwest’s international community -- often sells out.

Cost is $12 for Northwest students, faculty, staff and the public and $10 for children under 10. The deadline to buy tickets has been extended through Friday, March 7. Purchase tickets at the Student Services Center on the first floor of the Administration Building between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by calling 660.562.1212 (ext. 1212 on campus). Tickets at the door cost $25.

This year’s theme is “Cultures of the Coast.” As in past years, live entertainment will be provided by Northwest international students, many of whom will also cook traditional dishes associated with their home countries.
