Campus Safety to collect 'Coats for Kids' at stadium

Northwest's Department of Campus Safety will conduct a "Coats for Kids" drive Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Bearcats home football game against the Missouri Southern State University Lions.

Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Bearcat Stadium.

Collection bins will be placed at all stadium gates, and fans are urged to fill them with new or gently used coats appropriate for children or young adults. New hats and new pairs of mittens and gloves will also be accepted.

The first 50 fans to donate will receive a Maryville Pride Lions Club-sponsored coupon good at any stadium concession stand.

Aramark, the University's food and support services provider, is also providing assistance for the "Coats for Kids" charity effort.
