Family Day: turning
the campus into
a 'Sea of Green'

   The parents and families of Northwest students will wear their Bearcat colors proudly Saturday, Sept. 29, as this year's traditional Family Day event celebrates the "Sea of Green."
   Family Day actually embraces a full weekend of activities, including Friday's (Sept. 28) premier event, the Alumni Awards Banquet. To purchase tickets, call 660.562.1248 or go to ALUMNI EVENTS.
   Saturday's activities climax with the football game against the Southwest Baptist Bearcats, which begins at 6 p.m. Festivities will include the introduction of the Northwest Family of the Year.

In Brief

  • Northwest Family of the Year nominations
    are due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19.
    For an online nomination form, go to FORM.
    Paper applications are available at the Mabel Cook Admissions and Visitors Center and the Student Services Center in the Administration Building.
