sity cuts ribbon at St. Joe Center Northwest President Dean L. Hubbard cuts a ceremonial ribbon Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the University's new classroom facility in downtown St. Joseph, the St. Joseph Center.

Northwest is playing a key role in providing virtual classes to thousands of high school students through the Missouri Virtual Education Program, or MoVIP.
Mike Hardy, CITE's MoVip project manager, says the program taking off, and that new students are registering daily.
