Dr. Virgil Freeman
The Intellectbase International Consortium has announced that a paper by Dr. Virgil Freeman, assistant professor of educational leadership, has been accepted for publication in the June 2009 edition (Vol. 2, No. 3) of the "The Review of Higher Education and Self-Learning.
