Dr. Jeffrey Foot
Jeffrey Foot, director of Northwest’s Office of International Affairs and English as a Second Language program, has successfully defended his dissertation and otherwise completed degree requirements for the cooperative doctorate in education offered through Northwest and the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Foot joined the University’s administrative staff in fall 2001.
Bestowed by UMC, the Ed.D. in educational leadership requires a two-summer residency in Columbia with the remainder of the courses taught on the Northwest campus or at the Northwest Kansas City Center in Liberty.
