Dr. Ernest Kramer

Dr. Ernest Kramer, professor of music, recently served as principal adjudicator at the 53^rd Joplin Piano Festival. In addition, Kramer’s review of Joseph Polisi’s “American Muse: The Life and Times of William Schumann” was published in the April/May 2009 issue of the “American Music Teacher.”
