Dr. Chi Lo Lim
Dr. Chi Lo Lim, associate professor and chair of the Department of Marketing and Management, is the author of a chapter in the recently published textbook “Ethical Practices and Implications in Distance Learning” (Information Science Reference, 2008).
Edited by Ugur Demiray of Anadolu University (Turkey) and Ramesh C. Sharma of Indira Gandhi National Open University (India), the book outlines ethical perspectives relating to Open and Distance Learning Systems (ODLS) in an effort to provide academicians, students and professionals with ethical insights into the electronic learning environment.
Lim’s chapter is titled “An American Perspective of Ethical Misconduct in ODLS: Who’s to Blame?”
