"Profane Prophets" by Phil Laber
"After the General Spoke," an etching by Northwest Professor of Art Phil Laber, was accepted into the Americas 2008: Paperworks exhibit presented earlier this year at the Northwest Art Center of Minot State University. The national exhibition included 34 competitively chosen works selected from 439 entries.
Laber also exhibited three large-scale drawings at the Wichita (Kan.) Center for the Arts’ Pastel National show this spring. His “Profane Prophets” won third place and a cash award of $500.
