Dr. Alisha Francis

Dr. Alisha Francis, assistant professor of psychology, sociology and counseling, recently received the outstanding poster presentation award after attending the Society for the Teaching of Psychology’s Midwest conference. Francis’ poster was titled, “Encouraging Engagement with Course Material: Do Self-correcting Quiz Procedures Help our Cause?” and included results from a quasi-experimental study evaluating the effects of using self-correcting quizzes.
