Ann Martin and Cindy Wood

Ann Martin, director of purchasing and Cindy Wood, purchasing manager, recently completed re-certification as Certified Professional Public Buyers through the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. CPPB re-certification is required every five years and is intended to ensure that the designee remains active in the profession through association membership, contributions to the profession and continuous education.
