The work of seven faculty members from Northwest's Department of Art will be featured in an exhibit at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art in St. Joseph.
The show’s opening reception, which is free and open to the public, is from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, and the exhibit runs through Jan. 10, 2010.
Northwest art faculty featured in the exhibit include Chris Graves, assistant professor; Laura Kukkee, assistant professor; Phil Laber, professor; Armin Mühsam, associate professor; Dr. Kim Spradling, professor; Craig Warner, associate professor; and Glenn Williams, assistant professor.
Each artist will exhibit seven to 10 works, all of which will occupy the museum’s first floor.
The Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art is located at 2818 Frederick Ave. in St. Joseph. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission for adults is $5; seniors, $2; under 18 or students with a valid ID, $1; and children 12 and under and museum members are admitted free of charge.
