Surplus property sale set for Jan. 29

Northwest Missouri State University will hold a surplus property sale beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at the Materials Distribution Center at West 16th Street and College Park Drive in Maryville.

Prospective bidders may inspect items for sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Jan. 28.

This sale is open to the public, including students and employees of the University.

Surplus property for sale includes, but is not limited to, computer and office equipment, desks, file cabinets, chairs, library shelving, kitchen equipment, glassware, glass plates, a Lowerator dispenser, saucers, carts, a refrigeration bar, steam tables, a Pitco Frialator, cooler, doughnut maker, copiers, a Rodgers electric organ, Lyon & Healy upright piano, photography enlarger, Bleacher Buddies portable seats, Craftsman 10-inch radial saw, Craftsman jointer-planer-milder, Craftsman belt sander, black shingles and tar paper, spotlights, van seats, doors, fluorescent lights, pedestal outdoor umbrellas, 8-foot pickup bed and Ford Ranger camper shell.

Vehicles for sale include, but are not limited to, a 1979 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe pickup truck with stake bed, a 1997 15-passenger Dodge 3500 van, a 1992 Ford Ranger pickup truck and a 1990 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck.

Specialty implements for sale include an Armadillo Power Boss street sweeper with miscellaneous parts and a Ford 4500 backhoe.
