The Campus Suicide Prevention Grant project at Northwest Missouri State University and the Suicide Prevention Project Resource Center for Northwest Region I are sponsoring a webcast viewing for National Survivors of Suicide Day.
The public is invited to attend the webcast, which will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, in the First Ladies Dining Room on the third floor of the J.W. Jones Student Union.
National Survivors of Suicide Day allows survivors of suicide loss to connect with other survivors both in their communities and online.
The webcast will feature a national panel comprising survivors of suicide loss and medical experts. Light refreshments will be served, and participants are welcome to take part in informal discussions following the presentation.
