Bill Loch, President
Bill Loch, 54, Maryville, is vice president of Loch Sand and Construction Co. He attended Northwest and has longstanding ties to the University.

Don Schneider, Vice President
Don Schneider, Wildwood, was appointed in 2003. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Northwest and also received an education specialist degree in public service from Central Missouri State University. Schneider served in the U.S. Secret Service under presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton and is currently an assistant to St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch. 

Rita B. Hanks
Rita B. Hanks, Smithville, was appointed in 1999 and holds a master’s degree in business education from Central Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree in business education from Missouri Western State University. Hanks is currently employed by Johnson County Community College, where she is the educational coordinator for the UAW/Ford Parts and Distribution Center in Lenexa, Kan.

Lydia Hurst
Lydia Hurst, Tarkio, was appointed in 2003 and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwest. She serves as manager of The Flower Mill and is a family partner in The Hurst Farms, both based in Tarkio.

Gary Panethiere
Gary Panethiere, 54, Kansas City, was appointed to the Board of Regents in spring 2008 for a term ending Jan. 1, 2011. Currently the legislative auditor of Jackson County, he is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

Rollie Stadlman
Rollie Stadlman, Chillicothe, was appointed in 2002 and holds a bachelor’s degree in speech from Northwest. He serves as executive vice president and marketing director for Citizens Bank and Trust in Chillicothe.

Doug Sutton
Doug Sutton, Maryville, was appointed in 2001 and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He recently retired as director/plant manager of the Kawasaki Motors Mfg. Corp. plant located in Maryville. 

Dr. Douglas Wyckoff
Dr. Douglas Wyckoff, 40, Cameron, was appointed to the Board of Regents in spring 2008 for a term ending Jan. 1, 2013. A graduate of Lathrop (Mo.) High School and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, he has operated a private general dentistry practice in Cameron since 1992.

Bradley Gardner, Student Regent
Bradley Gardner, a junior wildlife ecology and conservation major from Brookfield, was appointed student regent in spring 2008. He will serve on the board in an advisory, non-voting capacity until May 2010. A member of the Northwest chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Gardner is active in the University Chorale and the 102 River Wildlife Club.
