Requesting Accommodations

Once you have been accepted to Northwest:

Gather the appropriate documentation of your disability.
The LAP/S Committee will consider all requests for accommodations by students with appropriate documentation.
Prepare and submit a written request for specific accommodations along with your documentation.
You must submit a letter of request for specific accommodations. This information may be delivered to any member of the LAP/S Committee.
Submit the documentation to a LAP/S Committee member.
