Mailboxes are for recognized university organization use only. Organizations must follow all the guidelines set forth by the University and Northwest Student Senate.

Mailbox Guidelines:

  1. The Organization President (or equivalent) is responsible for updating all records and the maintenance of their respective mailbox.
  2. The organization must have completed a current organizational update form and be an officially recognized student organization.
  3. It is the responsibility of the organization to maintain and check mail. ALL MAIL OVER 30 DAYS OLD WILL BE REMOVED.

By signing this form I hereby agree to follow all policies and regulations regarding organizational mailboxes. I understand that all mail over 30 days old will be removed and failure to comply with any regulations will result in the loss of our organization’s mailbox privilege. I further understand that if at any time should the organization loose its official recognition by the University, it will also lose its right to a mailbox on campus.
