Mailboxes are for recognized university organization use only. Organizations must follow all the guidelines set forth by the University and Northwest Student Senate.
Mailbox Guidelines:
- The Organization President (or equivalent) is responsible for updating all records and the maintenance of their respective mailbox.
- The organization must have completed a current organizational update form and be an officially recognized student organization.
- It is the responsibility of the organization to maintain and check mail. ALL MAIL OVER 30 DAYS OLD WILL BE REMOVED.
By signing this form I hereby agree to follow all policies and regulations regarding organizational mailboxes. I understand that all mail over 30 days old will be removed and failure to comply with any regulations will result in the loss of our organization’s mailbox privilege. I further understand that if at any time should the organization loose its official recognition by the University, it will also lose its right to a mailbox on campus. |
