| Purpose: | Millikan Hall Council exists to make the residents of Millikan Hall a self-governing body through resident participation. This will give each man and woman the right to voice his or her opinion on decision-making process in the residence hall. The Hall Council shall work with RHA, Student Senate, and the faculty and administration of Northwest Missouri State University to convey opinions and promote ideas to better the quality of life in the residence hall. |

| Mission: | The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is the premiere honorary supported by the leading national organization advocating for the interests and welfare of residence hall students, while also providing opportunities for their personal growth and development. NRHH strives to provide recognition for individuals who have contributed to the advancement of college and university housing. It ensures the advancement of member chapters through resource sharing, programming, and leadership development opportunities to contribute and support the vision of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Incorporated |
| Purpose: | The purpose of National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) shall be to provide recognition for individuals who have been of outstanding service and who have provided important leadership in the advancement of the residence hall system at Northwest Missouri State University. The members will serve as an educational and programmatic resource on leadership values and skills. |

| Purpose: | The purpose of Residence Hall Association (RHA) is to provide a voice for all of the residents living in the halls and to represent the residents to Residential Life and other administrators at Northwest Missouri State University. RHA members can voice their opinions by gaining voting rights and participating in one of the 5 committees—Betterment, Don’t Worry-Be Healthy, GREEN, ONE, and PARTIE. |
