| Purpose: | Millikan Hall Council exists to make the residents of Millikan Hall a self-governing body through resident participation. This will give each man and woman the right to voice his or her opinion on decision-making process in the residence hall. The Hall Council shall work with RHA, Student Senate, and the faculty and administration of Northwest Missouri State University to convey opinions and promote ideas to better the quality of life in the residence hall. |

| Purpose: | The purpose and responsibility of this organization shall be as follows: A. A forum for housing chairs and property managers to work directly with Student Assistants (SAs) to exchange programming and developmental ideas for the residents of the hall B. To provide hall-wide programs that compliment and help to achieve sorority goals and requirements C. To address issues, situations, and problems that arise in the hall and improve life in the hall by doing so. D. Serve as a direct connection between sororities and Residential Life as an area for information exchange and housing process updates.~The purpose and responsibility of this organization shall be as follows: A.
