| Mission: | The mission statement of Alpha Mu Gamma is to honor students for their outstanding achievement during their first years of study of a foreign language. Upon initiation, students receive a parchment certificate of membership and may wear the scroll-shaped gold key or pin. |
| Purpose: | Our purpose is to promote the study of languages in order to promote awareness of diversity and culture. This organization is an honors society that aims to recognize those who have achieved quality grades in foreign language studies and/or have studied abroad. |

| Purpose: | ALPHA PSI OMEGA was organized as a theatre honor society for the purpose ofproviding acknowledgement to those demonstrating a high standard of accomplishment in theatre and, through the expansion of ALPHA PSI OMEGA among colleges and universities, providing a wider fellowship for those interested in theatre. The society is not intended to take the place of any regular theatre clubs or producing groups, but as students qualify they may be rewarded by election to membership in this society. |

| Mission: | Blue Key Honor Society is a premier honor society that recognizes primarily juniors and seniors for all-around scholarship, leadership, and service excellence at baccalaureate degree granting institutions. Blue Key recognizes students in any major course of study. |
| Purpose: | Blue Key recognizes student leaders on campus. Membership requires that a person be a full-time student and be nominated and approved by a two-thirds vote of the active chapter. Nominees must be involved in campus activities and be in the top one-third of their respective classes scholastically. |

Be it known that Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Fraternity for College Bandmembers, is an organization operating exclusively in the field of the college and university bands, and for the following several purposes: (1) To promote the existence and welfare of the college and university bands and to cultivate at large a wholesome respect for their activities and achievements. (2) To honor outstanding bandmembers through privilege of membership extended as a reward for technical achievement and appreciation for the best in music. (3) To stimulate campus leadership and promulgate an uncompromising respect through the medium of the college band for gracious conduct, good taste and unswerving loyalty. (4) To foster a close relationship between college bands and promote a high average of attainment by the performance of good music and selection of worthwhile projects. (5) To provide a pleasant and helpful social experience for all engaged in college band work and to cooperate with other musical organizations in any manner consistent with the purposes of the institution at which chapters are located. |
