Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office assists students with course scheduling, transcripts, and meeting graduation requirements which include: course enrollment, adding and dropping classes, academic standards, Pass/Fail grading options, incomplete grades, Academic Honor Roll, and loan deferments.

Course Scheduling:

New Students-Schedules for the first trimester are compiled by Advisement Assistance and adjustments can be made on CatPAWS or in the Registrar's Office with the proper forms (available in the Registrar's Office). If there are no seats available for a class, a Schedule Change Form will need to be signed by the course instructor and the department chair before it is submitted to the Registrar's Office.

Continuing Students-Class schedules may be adjusted through CatPAWS. If there are no seats available for a class, a Schedule Change Form will need to be signed by the course instructor and the department chair before it is submitted to the Registrar's Office.
