Complete a Student Union Living Room Request Form to use the Living Room. Completed forms may be droped off in the Student Event Coordinators Office or e-mailed to the Student Union Event Coordianator.
Requests are taken on a first come first serve basis when rooms, equipment, and furnishings are available. Every effort to accommodate requests will be made. This may mean moving requested events to different rooms or substituting/adjusting furnishings needs to accommodate the event.
*For events occurring in the Student Union requiring special set-ups, or any event in the Ballroom, please contact the Student Union Event Coordinator one week prior to the event. Contact the Student Union Event Coordinator with any questions regarding an event in the Student Union.
** For events occurring outdoors, (except at athletic fields and College Park Pavilion) send requests to the Student Union Event Coordinator.
Activity and Event information can be updated, changed, or cancelled by submitting the change on a Student Union Reservation Change Form
and emailing the completed form to the Student Union Event Coordinator. Forms may also picked up from the Student Union Event Coordinator.
