The Station Room Request and Information

For On Campus Users

  1. Check the availability of your room(s) by viewing the calendar.
  2. Request a room using express request, or email a completed Station Request Form View Word Document to amandas@nwmissouri.edu.*

For Off Campus Users

  1. Email or fax (660-541-1439) completed Station Room Request Form View Word Document to amandas@nwmissouri.edu.

Requests are taken on a first come first serve basis when rooms, equipment, and furnishings are available. Every effort to accomodate requests will be made, this may mean moving requested events to different rooms, or substituting/adjusting furnishings needs to accomodate the event.

* For events occurring in the Station requiring special set-ups, contact the Station Complex Director one week prior to the event. Contact the Station Complex Director with any questions regarding an event in the Station.
