Dietz named to all-tournament team

MARYVILLE, Mo.-Northwest Missouri State senior post Gentry Dietz was named to the Elite Eight all-tournament team Friday night after the conclusion of the tournament in St. Joseph, Mo.

The Omaha, Neb., native averaged 24.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and two assists per game in the tournament while shooting 56 percent from the floor and going 21-for-21 from the free-throw line. Dietz and the Bearcats fell to national runner-up Michigan Tech in the Final Four.
