A pair of kills from Katy Hernandez broke a 19-19 tie to provide a two-point cushion for the Hawks that held for a 25-23 set victory for Rockhurst.

Four Bearcats had multiple blocks in the third set, led by three from Falcone, but Rockhurst used a 7-1 rally to close out the third set at 25-18.

Northwest fell behind early 5-1 in the fourth set and used small two and three-point rallies to tie the set at 17-17.
