Volleyball Continues Home Stand

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State volleyball team will host No. 18 Nebraska-Omaha tonight in Bearcat Arena at 7 p.m. Is the second straight ranked opponent and fifth overall that the Bearcats have tangled with. Bearcats are currently 0-4 versus ranked teams.

Northwest is 4-25 all-time versus Nebraska-Omaha and have a 1-12 home record versus the Mavericks. The last meeting was Oct. 3, 2006 where the Mavericks beat the Bearcats 3-0. Northwest last defeated UNO on Oct. 13, 1984, 2-1 and are currently on a 16-match losing streak. During the 16-match losing streak, Northwest has won just one games getting swept in 15 of the 16 straight losses.
