Time: Heptathlon: Sunday - 1 p.m. -- Monday - 10 a.m. Decathlon: Sunday - 2 p.m. -- Monday 9 a.m.
Order of Events: Heptathlon Sunday: 100M Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, 200M Dash. Heptahtlon Monday: Long Jump, Javelin, 800M Run. Decathlon Sunday: 100M Dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, 400M Dash. Decathlon Monday: 110M Hurdles, Discus, Pole Vault, Javelin, 1,500M Run.
Entry Deadline: Multi-event entries should be e-mailed no later than Monday, March 24th by noon CDT. Heptathlon entries should be e-mailed to Head Women's Track and Field Coach Scott Lorek. Decathlon entries should be e-mailed to Head Men's Track and Field Coach Richard Alsup.
Entry Fee: If you have a team entered in the Jock's Nitch Northwest Open, the entry fee is covered. If you do not have entries in the collegiate open, each athlete entered in the multi's will be assesed $20.
Eligibility: Open and collegiate entries prior to deadline.
Meet Administration: Meet shall be conducted in accordance with the 2008 NCAA Track and Field Rules.
Meet Scoring: Points for first six places added to team scoring in the Jock's Nitch Northwest Open.
Awards: T-shirt for winner of each event. Championship plaque for overall winners in the heptathlon and decathlon.
Trainers: Trainers will be avaliable during the meet. Contact David Colt for special arrangements at (660) 562-1313.
Snacks: Will be furnished for athletes and coaches.
Spikes: 1/4" max on the track, 3/8" max on the high jump and javelin throw.
