Outdoor: Ran the 5,000m race with a time of 15:16.43 at the Kansas Relays 

2009-10

Indoor Season: Ran a career-high in the 3,000-meters at the Central Missouri Classic (2/19) with a time of 8:53.92 and finished in fifth-place ... ran a 5,000-meter time of 15:40.65 at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite (1/22) and placed fifth ...Outdoor Season: won the 3,000-meters during the outdoor season at the Bearcat Open (4/30) with a career-best time of 8:42.76 ... placed fourth at the Kip Janvrin Relays (4/23) in the 5,000-meters with a career-best time of 15:06.77 ... won the Northwest Open (4/3) in the 10,000-meters with a career-high time of 32:27.74

2008-09

Indoor season: best time of 8:59.88 in the 3,000-meters at the Nebraska Invite (1/16) ... Outdoor Season:  did not compete

Cross Country: led the Bearcats in every race except one during the cross country season ... ran a season best time of 26:08.53 at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (10/24) to finish in tenth place ... placed the highest at the NCAA South Central Regional (11/7) than any other Bearcat with a twelfth place finish and a time of 32:00.03 in the 10K race
