Ingram Earns Academic All-District Honor
MARYVILLE - Northwest Missouri State senior track athlete Courtland Ingram was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District team, selected by CoSIDA. Ingram, a physical education major with a coaching minor, earned second-team honors.
Ingram is a four-time All-MIAA performer in the decathlon, winning the event in 2007. He earned All-America honors with 6,529 points in 2007, and reached the provisional qualifying mark again in 2008.
Ingram is a three-time MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll recipient and was a USTFCCCA All-Academic athlete in 2007. He placed on the Northwest Academic Honor Roll (+3.5 semester GPA) seven times and President's Honor Roll (4.0 semester GPA) three times.
Ingram ended his career with the fourth-best decathlon mark in program history. He also sits eighth in the all-time performer list in the indoor pole vault.
