Northwest Accepting Applicants for Track and Field Throwers Graduate Assistant
MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State track and field program is currently accepting applications for a throwers graduate assistant for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Northwest competes as a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association in NCAA Division II.
Applicants should be a college graduate seeking a masters degree in physical education with collegiate throwing experience in shot put, discus and hammer. Responsibilities include coaching men and women throwers, including a training schedule, conditioning, drills and technical skills under the direction of the head coach.
Tuition and fees will be waived and a $7,000 stipend provided for each of the two years.
