Leslie Named to MIAA Crossover All-Tournament Team

MARYVILLE, Mo.-Northwest Missouri State senior second baseman Erin Leslie has been named to the MIAA North Crossover All-Tournament Team as a utility player announced Sunday. Leslie led all tournament players with a .615 batting average (8-for-13). She smacked two home runs, had six RBIs and scored three runs.

The Bearcats (19-18) finished 2-2 at the three-day tournament. Leslie hit safely in all four games and has recorded a hit in 32 of 37 games this season. In 19 games, Leslie has had at least two hits. She leads the team with a .421 batting average, four homers and 34 runs scored. Her 31 RBIs are second to Dacey Hassey's 32.
