Leslie Named to Midwestern State All-Tournament Team

WICHITA FALLS, Texas-Northwest Missouri State senior second baseman Erin Leslie has been named to the Midwestern State All-Tournament Softball Team announced Sunday. Leslie hit safely in all five games and finished 8-of-19 (.421) with a double, four RBIs and five runs scored. She also stole four bases.

Leslie's 115 career runs scored are tied for the second-most in program history. She's six runs shy of the record set by Lindsay Stephenson.

Northwest finished 2-3 in tournament play with only Midwestern State (5-0) and West Texas A&M (3-1) finishing with more wins. Seven teams participated in the three-day event.
