Softball Doubleheader at Lincoln Postponed on Feb. 18

MARYVILLE - The Northwest Missouri State softball team's doubleheader at Lincoln (Mo.) on Sunday, Feb. 18 has been postponed due to cold and icy weather. The 2007 season-opener for both teams will possibly be rescheduled, according to head coach Ryan Anderson.

Northwest, who is ranked 24th in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division II Preseason Top 25 Poll (Jan. 31), is scheduled next to play at the Evangel Tournament in Springfield, Mo., on Feb. 23-24.
