Bearcat soccer heads to Kansas
MARYVILLE, Mo.-The Bearcat soccer team returns to action this week with a short two game road trip through Kansas. Thursday the Bearcats will tangle with Friends University before heading to Newman University on Saturday.

Story Lines:
Last Time Out: The Bearcats went 1-1 to open the season on their first home stand of 2011. A heartbreaking loss in overtime to Texas A&M-Commerce followed by a 2-1 win over Wayne State University got the Bearcats off to their 1-1 start.
Quick Starts: Tammie Eiberger is off to a quick start for the Bearcats having scored four of their five goals thus far. Eiberger is entering her first season for Northwest after transferring from Saginaw Valley State.
Up Next: After this weekend's short road trip to Kansas the Bearcats will continue their road swing by traveling to Kirksville, MO Thursday to face Truman State University. The Bearcats will then return home for the weekend to begin a three game home stand starting with Southwest Baptist on Saturday at 1 p.m.
