Four Bearcats All-MIAA Honorable Mention Honorees

The MIAA announced its 2010 all-conference soccer teams on Thursday, with four Bearcats selected as Honorable Mention performers. Amanda Bundrant, Anna Calgaard, Jacque Dedovesh and Andrea Freeman were the honorees for Northwest Missouri State.
Bundrant, the native of Lenexa, Kan., led the Bearcats with four goals this season. Bundrant started 16 games in 2010 and also added an assist in 1,249 minutes of action.
Calgaard, hails from Omaha, Neb. As a freshman, Calgaard led Northwest and was tied for seventh in the MIAA with five assists. Calgaard also added a goal this year for the Bearcats.
Dedovesh is a native of Lee's Summit, Mo. Dedovesh started all 18 games this season for Northwest and was second on the team logging 1,628 minutes. It is Dedovesh's third selection as an all-MIAA Honorable Mention.
Freeman is a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Freeman started all 18 games as well for the Bearcats and led the team in minutes with 1,664, shots on goal with 17 and total shots with 38. Freeman registered a goal and an assist in 2010. Freeman is third on Northwest's all-time minutes played list with 5,491. It is the second Honorable Mention selection for Freeman.
Central Missouri's Alyssa Rhodes and Carly Stanley were selected as the MIAA's Player and Freshman of the Year, respectively. Jennies head coach Lewis Theobald was also selected as the Coach of the Year in the conference.
