Lau Hee Returns to Bearcat Soccer

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State University women's head soccer coach Joann Wolf has announced that Tasha Lau Hee will be returning to the Bearcat soccer program next fall.

Lau Hee will be transferring to Northwest from Maui Community College. She was a member of the 2000 Bearcat soccer team. Lau Hee played in and started all 18 games for the Bearcats at the defender position as a freshman.

Lau Hee is a 2000 graduate of Baldwin High School in Maui.

Northwest head coach Joann Wolf is excited about Lau Hee's return. "She is older and much more mature. We are glad to have her back. Hopefully she will stabilize our defense and put a punch into our midfield." Lau Hee will likely return to the line-up in a mid-fielder/defender role in the 2002 season.

Lau-Hee will be a sophomore at Northwest in the fall of 2002.
