Latest ITA rankings released

SKILLMAN, N.J.-The Northwest Missouri State men's tennis team has moved up a spot to 19th in the country in the latest ITA Division II poll released on Monday. The Bearcats are currently 2-0 on the season.

Northwest is also ranked second in the South Central regional in the latest poll. Abilene Christian is the top-ranked team in the region and Washburn (9th) is the other MIAA school ranked in the regional poll. Senior Malcolm Harrison is ranked 29th individually and junior Calvin Patterson is the 53rd-ranked player in the country.

The Bearcats have three matches this weekend. Northwest travels to St. Louis to face Washington University at 3 p.m. on Friday and will play Missouri-St. Louis at 10 a.m. on Saturday before returning home to face Southeastern Oklahoma State at 10 on Sunday morning.
