Bearcats Rebound with 7-2 Win Against William Jewell
LIBERTY, Mo. - No. 31 Northwest Missouri State men's tennis won four singles matches in straight sets to defeat William Jewell 7-2 today on the road.
Felipe Gennari made his first appearance at No. 4 singles this season to defeat Cole Stretch 6-4, 6-0. Vigit Seghal needed three sets to win against Kyle Taylor at No. 2 singles, eventually winning 6-4, 1-6, 6-3.
Jake Saulsbury and Daniel Usieto picked up their first wins at No. 2 doubles, defeating Michael Holmes and Kyle Lehenbauer 8-1.
Up Next: Northwest opens its home schedule Wednesday against Missouri Valley. First serve from Frank Grube Courts is 3 p.m.
