Northwest to sell MIAA Basketball Tournament Tickets Through March 2

MARYVILLE, Mo. -- The Northwest Missouri State university athletic department announced that tickets for the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament, scheduled for March 3-6 in Kansas City, Mo., are on sale at the Northwest ticket office beginning today (Monday). The tickets will be available for sale through Wednesday, March 2 at the Student Services Center during regular business hours (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.).

An all-tournament pass can be purchased at Northwest for a price of $35. This is a standard fee for any age group. The passes are good for general admission seating in the auditorium.

The women's first round will take place on Thursday, March 3 with two sessions at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Friday will be the men's first round with the same schedule. The women's semifinals will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday with the men to start at 6:00 p.m. while the women's championship is set for 1 p.m. on Sunday with the men's final at 3:30 p.m. All games will occur at the Municipal Auditorium.

One can purchase single-session tickets only at the Municipal Auditorium Box Office the day of the games. These are available at a price of $15 for adults, $5 for students with ID and children ages 3-17.
