Lowell Signs With Bearcats
MARYVILLE, Mo.-Northwest Missouri State head women's golf coach Pat McLaughlin has announced the signing of a student-athlete who has committed to play golf for the Bearcats next season.
Cassie Lowell, a native of Concordia, Kan., who attended Concordia High School, was a four-time state finisher for the Panthers. Lowell, who won half of her high school tournaments she participated in, won eight of 10 meets this past season. As a junior and senior, Lowell won the regional and placed second at state. Lowell was fourth in the state tournament as a sophomore and seventh as a freshman.
Lowell also led Concordia to second-place state finishes her freshman, sophomore and senior seasons. She holds the school records for lowest nine-hole score of 34 and lowest 18-hole score of 70.
