Football selected for MIAA Game of the WeekKANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State football team has been selected for the MIAA TV Game of the Week, the league announced on Sunday. The Bearcats will take on Missouri Western at Spratt Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 16 in St. Joseph, Mo. The game time has been officially moved to 2:37 p.m.
Northwest defeated Emporia State on Saturday afternoon at Welch Stadium, 48-21. The win guarantees the Bearcats a share of the MIAA title, the 25th in the program's history. It also marks the 17th time Northwest has won 10 or more games in a season.
