Weather forces changes to Bearcat Zone, softball
MARYVILLE, Mo. – Forecasted rain in the Maryville area has caused changes to weekend events on the Northwest Missouri State campus.
All Bearcat Zone activities will return to their normal location at College Park and will begin at 3 p.m. Gates to Bearcat Stadium will open at 4 p.m. and fans can be on the field at 4:30 p.m. to interact with the team before the 5 p.m. kickoff.
Fans not able to attend Saturday’s Spring Game can still catch all the action on the Bearcat Radio Network. John Coffey will call the action on KXCV as the game will also be streamed live by clicking the link on the right.
Saturday’s softball doubleheader with Fort Hays State has been pushed to a 11 a.m. start Tuesday, April 17, at Bearcat Field. The Bearcats doubleheader today against Washburn is still as scheduled with first pitch set for 3 p.m.
